Cast Consulting was founded by Todd Fielder, who has extensive experience in hydrating silicates in marine environments. Starting in 2005 as a laboratory technician for Halliburton, Todd developed cement slurries and achieved ISO and DNV accreditations for the laboratories he managed.
His experience includes supervising offshore mixing operations with both traditional and advanced technologies, commissioning state-of-the-art equipment and managing change to enable offshore mixing from onshore locations. Later, Todd transitioned to business development and commercial roles, gaining comprehensive field experience from governance processes to contract management.
